I have them...

one of the things that I can tell you is that...

sometimes (at least here at work) the ports switches fail and you lost your connectivity to your filesystems...

it does not mean that your database goes down... just have to reassign your LUNs to another SP processor and that's it...

anyway, in my case I lost about 30 mins (the time to detect/reassign/correct the problem)... fortunately was a test database...

I would like to help/comment you more, but, that's what we have seem until now.!
