I am not able to understand the definition of these two cols from V$LIBRARYCACHE view:

GETHITRATIO: Number of times, parsed SQL & PL/SQL statements are found in the cache. 2.PINHITRATIO: Number of times, executed statements find parsed SQL in the cache.
