EMC and AIX resources

I'll be starting a new job next month and consequently starting at the beginning of a learning curve for some products. Just wondering if anyone has any good resources or comments for what to watch for with AIX (most of my experience so far has been with Sun Solaris. I do know about http://bhami.com/rosetta.html ), and EMC Symmetrix. I know I've seen a bunch of comments in the past of DBA vs SA preferences with EMC, but I haven't saved them (time to hit the archives). Thanks.
