Hi ,

We presently have a database with "EE8ISO8859P2" character set . Can I change it to the US7ASCII char set?  Learnt from the documentation that if the current character set is a subset of the character set you want to change to , Oracle does allow that. But the question is whether US7ASCII is a subset of "EE8ISO8859P2"

TIA.. Regards
Niamath
