Hello Dennis

You probably used one of the 3 preconfigured databases in step 2.
If you choose instead "new database" you can change the block size in step 7: Initialization parameters.

The reason is that the other 3 databases are created from data files that are already included in the CD, so you can not change their block size.

When I choose general database, step 7 did not gave me an option to change the db_block_size.
