Hi Folks,

Does oracle provides any API's which can help user to discover the information related to oracle setup? These API's can be used for finding out

1. The oracle instances which are up on the machine.
2. Listeners which are up and their details.
3. IP adress and port on which the Listener is
listening.
4. ORACLE HOME
6. Database users.

etc etc.

Thanks,
- Bharat
