USE_SHARED_SOCKET with Oracle 8.1.7 on NT.

hi !
Did anyone successfully use the USE_SHARED_SOCKET env variable with Oracle 8.1.7 on NT?
If so , how do you overcome the bug 1566794 , please ? Thanks a lot in advance
