Oracle 9i on XP Prof.
DB is on a single PC.

When I try to do a DB connection I get this error. Yesterday I created a second DB on my PC and was able to connect successfully to either of them. This morning I rebooted my PC and now I cannot connect.

Any idea what the problem is?

TIA,
Ken Janusz, CPIM
