We currently have PeopleSoft running on HP-UX 11.0 64-bit OS and Oracle 8.1.6 32-bit. We want to upgrade to Oracle 8.1.7.3 on the same OS, but the question is, do we go with 32-bit or 64-bit Oracle? Any feedback or information would be much appreciated.

Jim
