I am not using RAID05.I am using mirroring.In this case read may be slower
but write would be faster.I have
RAM=4GB AND each partition is 17gb.The log files and data files are in same
disk.This could be one of reason.But the datafile which is most frequently
used are on other partition.
Hope this will help u to know hardware architecture
