Did anyone else get an error while trying to open the RMAN pdf file?

I thought I had another one but I can't find it. It was done by Michael Abbey of Pythian Consulting of Ottawa, Canada. His presentaion was entitle something like 'If you don't use rman now you will' and explained how rman uses oracle internals to avoid problems.
