  Hello , currently I have install TOAD, when I click the sqlnet-help , it highlight the error " l:\oracle\dev16\ is not in system path " ? But it did work ok .I manage to connect to my db server , but why this error come up ???

Actually I 'm network connect with my oracle server locate in other network directory .

I don't have an Oracle install in my PC,

I'm using Win98SE with 64RAM ,Normal Toad installation. , running Netware Client 3.3.0
I try to configure autoexec.bat to set
path:=L:\ORACLE\DEV16\;L:\ORACLE\DEV16\BIN;%PATH%

everytime I reboot my PC , the configuration go back to normal PATH:=c:\WINDOW....etc ??? why it behave right that ?

Is there any registry trigger I need to setup ??

But very abnormal is , if I run the shortcut from my network driver (L:\progra~1\toad) it work perfect right ?? Is it becoz it stay together with my oracle server in L drive ?

I not use to work in Netware ..any guru please help ?
