well, I'd worry because someone has the SYSTEM tablespace as their temp tablespace! First check on that.

Then... who was doing something after hours that needed that sort of space? So I'd worry about who was accessing the database then.

The actual error message -- no, all that means is that whatever this person was doing failed. Nothing you can do about it now.
