ORA-00022 Invalid session ID

Hi DBA's,

I have installed 8i lite on windows 95 with forms 6i. After the installation i re-installed the OCA pack as advised in the 8i Release notes. Now i am able to connect to SQL, but while connecting i am getting an error ORA-00022 Invalid session id. In the documentation, it says

Cause: Either the session specified does not exist, or the caller does not have the privilege to access it.

Action: Specify a valid session ID. This requires ownership of the session id or the CHANGE_USER privilege

How do i acheive this? Right now i am connecting through the system account.

Can anyone help me to come out from this,
