Starting up Oracle with "missing" datafiles

After a clean DB shutdown, I want to grap a copy of just the single file holding the SYSTEM tablespace and the controlfiles associated with an instance; let's call it "PROD".

I move these files onto another system and now I want to start this instance WITHOUT any of the associated "data files" containing all the data.

After I
svrmgrl
connect internal
startup mount

What do I do for each of the tablespace I wish to eliminate from this instance before issuing the following command

alter database open

TIA!
