installing server side designer

Hi All,

I got a problem when installing server side designer. I follow the = installation guide of Oracle Designer and finished all thing there.

Then I use Repository Adm to install, it hangs at Common Packages called = ciueet.opd. Please help me.

I tried ten times and all the same.
