OUF !=20         A general planning to recover.

        well, if you have lost your system catalog of the database, the DB is broken.

	Stop the DB,=20
	save the file of the DB you have (in case of).
	Check with the SA your disks (filsesystems, hardware...)
	when disks are OK
	restore the entire DB from your last correct backup.
	If you were in archive log, reapply archives until you have your
disk problems.
	and reopen the DB.
