Tom,
This means your tablespace hasn't enough space check the data file for that tablespace or add another data file to that specific tablespace, hope it helps

Perhaps the storage is already used up?

Try this:

alter TABLESPACE IQ01IDX01 coalesce;

select bytes from dba_free_space where tablespace_name='IQ01IDX01' order by bytes desc;

Check to see if there is enough contiguous free space in the tablespace for all of your indexes.
