If you want to create tables first and then import on top of it, you should give IMPORT=Y as one of your import parameter, which ignores any object creation errors.

sorry if I am 'too late'..
But try exporting (in the 1st place!)
with compress=N option explicitly set.
This way it won't require a 'large' initial extent.
Else create the table 'manually' and
import with ignore=N

This means your tablespace hasn't enough space check the data file for that
tablespace or add another data file to that specific tablespace, hope it
helps

Perhaps the storage is already used up?
Try this:
alter TABLESPACE IQ01IDX01 coalesce;
select bytes from dba_free_space where tablespace_name='IQ01IDX01' order by bytes desc;
Check to see if there is enough contiguous free space in the tablespace for all of your indexes.
