Report printing problem

Dears,

I have problem printing the report(reports 3.0.5.8.0). I set orientation as Landscape and width/Height as 11/8.5, But report not printing in landsacpe format. Sometimes the right margin takes morespace ,sometimes left takes = morespace .
Finally It is not looking like a Landscape report. Each and every time I can not go to Margin and set the Left and Right = margin correct.

Can you give suggestion please.
