Q: Sequence delay

Dear Guru,



we've met some situation i cannot explain, i.e. some sequence tends time to
time respond with delay. It's sometimes several, sometimes many (50, for
example) seconds. In OLTP it is a pain, isn't it?
Oracle 8.1.6 EE/HP UX 11, Tuxedo involved, too.
