Hindi as NLS

List,
doc says 8.1.6 supports Hindi as an NLS and India as a new territory...my question is, if i change the nls_language to "Hindi" will i start seeing the oracle messages in Hindi ?? or i must change my windows character set also ??? does windows support Hindi as an NLS ??
