After creating a stored procedure with no compilation error, after = 'execute
<procedure_name>...' this one appeared

ORA-18008 cannot find OUTLN schema

What the hell is OUTLN schema?!?!?!!?? How come compilation went without errors and then ORA-xxx appears. Everything related to the privileges is = ok.
