We use a little tool here called timetarget. You can get a version at www.timetarget.com. There is a 30 day evaluation version you can get to test it out. Each license is $20 or $25 US (I don't remember, we bought it about 2 years ago). It has a GUI interface for setting up jobs and we use it to launch SQL*Plus sessions against our database from a remote NT machine extensively and have had no real issues with the product.

The only hints I would have for using this product are: - Install it with administrator rights or it won't work. - Don't log your tasks, or you will slow the app way down once you logs get big (which happens pretty quickly).

PS: I have no affiliation with the company and I get no money from them, just happy with the tool.
