SYSTEM ... 1GB
TEMP   ... 3GB
RBS    ... 3GB

SORT_AREA_SIZE 512K
SGA ... not more than 50% of the total available RAM

The above sizes are working excellent for 140GB datawarehouse database. I set these values when the DB was 50GB. Leave 1GB free space in RBS when creating rollback segments.
