TNS:protocol adapter
error
Cause: The listener was unable to start a process connecting the user to = the
database server.
Actions:
1. Turn on tracing and re-execute the operation. 2. Evaluate the contents of the trace file to diagnose the problem. See Also: "Tracing Error Information" on page 12-33

Hi,

I have a little net8 problem while connecting 2 servers oracle (v8.1.5). I can tnsping the distant server but i can't connect to it via sqlplus (I receive error ORA-12560)

What is the problem ? How to correct this ?
