library DBMS_UTL_REF_LIB is invalid

Dear List,

I found out, that the library DBMS_UTL_REF_LIB is invalid and therefore = the
package body UTL_REF is invalid. When recreating them via the UTLREFLD.SQL-script they remain invalid. Show errors doesn't help, = because
for DBMS_UTL_REF_LIB it returns NO ERRORS. So what is happening? Any = hints?
