Janardhana,

I've seen this before and as I recall it was an invalid NLS setting. You might want to check the script for any ALTER SESSION commands as well as checking the env variables.

BTW, the ORA-1041 is a very misleading error and can typically be ignored as the other errors are more relevant. Typically this error will occur after an ORA-3113 "end of file on communication channel" for example.
