hi ,
i am using table named SAMPLAUDITLOGEENTRY table.
No alarm that SAMPLAUDITLOGEENTRY can't be inserted into db.
Risk that the disk becomes full since no one knows about the problem.
There was some problem with the partition in the external database. This for some reason caused the audittrail logs to not be inserted into db, all other logs worked ok.
No alarm was raised about the problem, so the disk usage
increased.

we are not able to delete,insert,update any record on the table and they could
not drop/truncate audittraillogenrty table due to "ORA-00054: resource busy and
acquire with NOWAIT specified" error.

Perhaps you have an uncommited transaction.

select process from v$locked_object where object_id = (
    select object_id from all_objects 
    where object_name = 'SAMPLAUDITLOGEENTRY') ;

Take a look at the corresponding process, and make a call whether to terminate it.

You may also want to look at lock level in v$lock.
