Hi,
on tidying up some documents, I've found what looks like a draft of a book 
chapter on database design (the PDF metadata says it has been created in 2006). 
I absolutely don't remember when/where/how I found it. It doesn't look like any 
book I've read, and I cannot find any information about it.
