I think that most of what is called "computer science"  is really
engineering.  Engineering makes use of the methods and the results of
science, and the methods and results of math,  but it isn't exactly either
one.

"Software Engineering"  comes a little closer.  But a lot of computer
engineering isn't SW engineering as such.
