The first part defines mathematics as "Of or pertaining to
mathematics".
Its like someone saying "Jymosobz is of or pertaining to Jymosobz",
"According to Jymosobz". Would you know what Jymosobz is?

Ok, Mathematical has something to do with precision and accuracy, but
what is Mathematical? Or are you saying Mathematical is precision and
accuracy?
