The data he wants to document is pretty standard. For example name adress telephone email ... Stuff like that is easy i just put it in a table called tblCustumer. But then he also wants to document the day that the custumer his shop is open, delivers and is closed. It's like this in his Excell spreadsheet. Delivery hours : between 06.30 and 18.00 Delivery days : MON - TUES - FRI Closingday(s) : SUN Visiting days : MON - TUES - WED - THU - FRI Visiting hours : between 7.00 and 17.30 Do you guys know how to make the best case scenario ER. I was thinking of making a new table called tblWEEKDAYS and then make connections to it with other tablenames like tblcustvisit, tblcustclosed, tblcustdeliv. Is this good or u guys have a better suggestion?? And what do i do with the visiting and delivery hours?? Thanks in advance. Could u email me a reply because i'm at work and don't have much time to check the groups. Greets, Mike
