We have severe problems with our Hospital Information System we think
related with defaults we had verify in the design of databases that
support the system as not normalization, not foreign keys defined, even
not primary keys defined in a lot of important tables (you can believe
it!). After a lot of claims, the provider is agree with us an
independant organization supervise the database design.
Now, our fear is the provider choose someone with the same knowledge
about relational databases that itself. So, we will appreciate some
references to serious organizations with good level of expertise in
relational databases that can operate in Spain.
