i am having problem in connectivity with oracle!!

it is as follows:
Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
/ms_pra/ppp1.asp, line 19

though i have given the right servername and all other details!!
