Do TRUNC and ROUND in SQL standard 1999?

Hello,
As title, I want to know do TRUNC and ROUND function in SQL 1999
standard? I can only sure that both of them are not in SQL92. If no,
do any similar funciton(but with different name) exist in SQL99
standard?
