Last question:

This is just a naming scheme with no relevance to tns or listener
names. i.e. changing the value of global_name has no influence on the
network situation as long as I only change the domain part.
If I rename global_name from ora81.domain to ora82.new_domain would I
have to adapt tns and listener configuration?
