Hi
               I am trying to connect to oracle database 8.1.6 through
SQL*Plus. I am getting error message "ORA:01034 Oracle not available".
So I am using DBA Studio and connecting to the database and then it
works in SQL*Plus. Can any one guide me how to resolve this problem?
