You can put the windows98 personal edition on to windows ME but first you
have to configure a file .
do this.....
1Find the file    win.ini   (use search in the start menu)
2open win.ini with notepad.
3scroll down until you find the section  [Compatibility 95]
4at the end of that section add the line
    JREW = 0x00080000
5save it.

After doing this oracle will load onto windows ME.
