Hi,

I'm hoping someone may know of a utility that provides the capability to
insert binary files into the Oracle DBMS.  I have yet to sucsessfully
insert binary files using Oracle's UTL_FILE package (PL/SQL 2.3).

If you have some ideas of answers please forward
