           ORACLE ANNOUNCES SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS OBJECTS 4.0

    Charter Warehouse Technology Initiative (WTI) Member Provides
    New Data Analysis Capabilities for Relational Data in Oracle7

Oracle and Business Objects customers now have new, powerful multidimensional
data analysis capabilities with the announcement of Business Objects 4.0,
Business Objects' new integrated query, reporting and multidimensional
analysis tool capable of accessing relational data in Oracle7--the world's
leading relational database for data warehousing.  This announcement results
from Business Objects' charter membership in the Oracle Warehouse Technology
Initiative (WTI), an alliance program formed in June 1995 as part of Oracle
Warehouse--the industry's most comprehensive solution of products, services
and partners for data warehousing.  Oracle Warehouse offers customers a choice
of Oracle tools or others--including Business Objects 4.0--for their data
analysis needs.


          GROWTH AND DESIRE FOR GREATER OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS LEADS
                   TRAK INTERNATIONAL TO ORACLE APPLICATIONS

TRAK International, to ensure continued growth and bring the benefits of
information technology to all areas of it's business, has chosen Oracle
Corp.'s Oracle Financials and Manufacturing & Distribution applications to
streamline business operations.  TRAK International, the leading manufacturer
of rough-terrain material handling equipment, is already using Oracle General
Ledger and Account Payables.  The company plans to implement the rest of the
modules by Nov. 1996.


            ORACLE AND DIGITAL TO DELIVER MULTIMEDIA SOLUTIONS TO
                        ENTERPRISE AND PUBLIC NETWORKS

Oracle Corp. and Digital Equipment Corporation announced that they are working
together to make available the Oracle Video Option on the Digital AlphaServer
platform.  The Oracle software and Digital hardware allow the deployment of
video-enabled applications over virtually any network--corporate LANs,
Intranets, ISDN and broadband public networks.  The combined Oracle/Digital
technology enables enterprise customers to deploy video over corporate
networks, and service providers such as cable television operators and
telecommunications companies to offer interactive television technology to
consumers.  To extend the range of scalability and availability advantages,
Oracle is also working to leverage Digital's next-generation,
high-performance, scalable Interconnect technology.


             ORACLE ANNOUNCES ORACLE7 FOR TANDEM'S NEW SERVERNET
                         TECHNOLOGY-BASED UNIX SYSTEM

Oracle Corp. announced the immediate availability of Oracle7 on Tandem's new
UNIX system-based Integrity S4000.  The Integrity S4000 is the first product
incorporating Tandem's new ServerNet technology, a key benefit of which is to
allow data to flow within the server without first going through a
processor--effectively eliminating throughput restraints within a system.
ServerNet support is part of Oracle's customer commitment to integrate Oracle
products with high-performance, state-of-the-art technologies.
