If you are talking about SQL*Net TCP/IP version 2, it came out with the Personal Oracle 7
for Windows 95 and it has worked well.  I am not sure what you mean by "native", but I have
gotten it to interface to 32-bit ODBC drivers (specifically Intersolv).  The product is
available for download (if you have a fast Internet connection) for demo CD from the
Oracle Web page.  Hope this helps.
