AIX hardware suggestions?

We've been using AWS95 running A/UX for our Oracle 7 servers until now, but unfortunately both the hard- and software is being phased out at the moment. One of our possible migration paths is AIX. I would love to have some suggestions for suitable hardware running AIX and Oracle 7. Bear in mind that the AWS95 is relatively lowend (33 mHz 68040), however we wouldn't mind performance improvements. My own guess would be a lowend RS6000 server. Is it at all possible to run Oracle 7 on the new IBM Power Personals?
