We have the 7.1.6 CDROM, but the RDBMS kernal needed to be relinked under
OSF/1 3.x.  I had tried to relink, but the OSF/1 2.0 prevented me from
moving forward.  Oh well, I wait for the UNIX Sys Admin to upgrade OSF/1
to 3.2.
