Could anyone please advise as to what is the latest configuration
of versions of the various bits of oraperl which actually works on Oracle7

Does it have access to the stored procedure routines, including

1) the OCI routine odessp.
2) Output from stored procedures via variabled bound using 
   the OCI routine obndra.
