Forms 4.0.13, Reports 2.0.14 may improve this Forms -> Reports time a little, but it's the upcoming batch engine that makes the night and day difference. Of course, Oracle Graphics already has the batch engine concept on Windows, so issuing updates of multiple charts in your forms is quite a bit faster even today than lots of report launching.
