According to Oracle, V7 is designed to meet C2 standards.  Does anyone
know what has changed from V6 to V7 to support this or is it because
Oracle simply decided to submit the product for evaluation? Any insight
would be helpful, since we are considering using Oracle V7 rather than
the VMS operating system to perform authentication for SQL*Net connections.
