Currently, I'm having problem with the ORACA structure. When I bring
up my application and drop the Oracle table to force the error, Oracle
doesn't set the ORASTXT.ORASTXTC field in the ORACA structure. But
when I drop the table and bring up my application, I can see the
ORASTXT.ORASTXTC field is being set.
    Your helps and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank You.
