Hello guys,

recently I installed the Oracle 9 client software to develop some C++
programs with the Oracle Template Library (OTL) within the Borland C++
Builder IDE, but to my surprise, only .lib files for the MSVC
enviroment were included.

So I tried to convert with the Borland coff2omf.exe converter, but it
did not work out, the files were much smaller than the originals.

Does any one know where I can get these files from or how I can create
them?

Greetz,
Nörgl
