If Celeron = Pentium 4, then see Metalink for Note 131299.1,  an alert 
article about Pentium 4 processors. You must use a newer installer to 
install 9iAS 1.0.2.2.2 on this machine, than is delivered on CD ROM.

RedHat 7.3 and 8.0 were never certified with this version of 9iAS and 
will never be.

If 1.0.2.2.2 is unavailable on OTN, you can order the CD pack through 
http://metalink.oracle.com.
